We are from Louisiana and were traveling to Sarasota for our embryo transfer as part of our IVF journey. On our way back home, our car broke down, and the closest dealership was Maus. I was honestly hesitant at first because of some of the reviews I had seen, but our experience could not have been more different. We arrived after the service department had already closed, but one of the salesmen was incredibly kind and empathetic. He walked us through exactly what we needed to do with the after hours service drop box and let us know what to expect the next morning. While we waited for our Uber to the hotel, the receptionist offered us water and snacks, which was such a thoughtful gesture during a very stressful moment. The next morning, Tiffany, our service advisor, called us and was absolutely phenomenal. She walked us through everything, answered every question, and showed genuine care and compassion throughout the entire process. She initially quoted us a price of around $500, but she went above and beyond and was able to get that cost down to around $300. We truly cannot express how grateful we are for her efforts and advocacy on our behalf. Since we had to check out of our hotel, she even let us drop our bags off in the car so we didn’t have to carry them around while we waited. We were also able to briefly speak with the technician, who was very friendly and helpful. The service area was spotless, clean, and organized definitely not what I expected from a shop setting. When Tiffany called with the update, she carefully went through each concern, explained what needed immediate attention, and what could reasonably wait until we got back home. Not only was the original issue addressed, but they also completed two recalls, and everything was done within just a couple of hours!! Being stranded 12 hours from home was incredibly stressful, especially given why we were traveling, but your team went above and beyond to get us safely back on the road. Every single person we interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Even while we were waiting in the lobby, the original salesman stopped by to check on us. I truly cannot express how grateful we are. If they were local to us, we would never go anywhere else. 100000/10. Truly a blessing. ❤️

Everything went pretty well. It took a little longer than expected. Everyone was very nice and helpful. It was a lot of waiting around. But very happy with the results of buying the new 2026 Nissan Marano and trading in my 2019 Nissan Rouge. I would buy and trade from you again.

Man I called ahead inquired about the car of choice, I was told it would be sitting out front awaiting when I tell you once we entered the parking Sean was there to greet us with professionalism, kindness, excellent personality and then we got straight to business he was great at bargaining didn't make me feel pressured called a few times after cash purchase just to see how we were and if anything was needed.
