Very slow. 2 hrs for oil change and rotation with an appointment. I have a Toyota camry purchased at Maus so with Maus care oil changes for life. Also double check they did window etching with Maus care because mine was not done.

My wife and I just purchased a new Armada from Maus Brooksville. We have purchased many cars in our time, but honestly, this was hands down the best experience we ever had. Our salesman Jace was the absolute best. Normally we hate talking to salespeople. He was amazing, very professional, was actually able to answer our questions, and a high level of integrity. I was a little nervous switching dealerships after moving but my service advisor Jasef was great. He remained in communication with me the entire time always providing an update while my car was being serviced. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
