Fast and efficient service. Had oil changed, tires rotated.and they washed the car

Considering the vehicle I chose, the service is always top tier. Bam Bam went above and beyond my needs on the garage side of things.

Maus Nissan, y’all need to give Service Advisor Bam Bam a pay raise! He went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were addressed, and his customer service deserves recognition. I’ve had repeated issues with my tires not being rotated, even after bringing it to the dealership’s attention multiple times. Today, I dropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation, and once again, my tires were not rotated as requested. I brought this to Bam Bam’s attention, and he took the initiative to have my car taken back and made sure the job was done correctly right then and there. I paid thousands of dollars for the Maus package that I was required to purchase, and I expect the services included in that package to actually be performed. Having to repeatedly bring the same issue to someone’s attention is frustrating and unacceptable. Bam Bam, thank you for actually listening to your customers and following through! You took ownership of the situation and made sure my concerns were addressed instead of brushing me off. Employees like you make a difference, and Maus Nissan is lucky to have someone who takes pride in providing good customer service. Management, please recognize Bam Bam for the outstanding service he provided! He deserves credit for making things right when the service I came in for was not completed correctly the first time. 👏

Just received service from my advisor Jose who was very thorough in knowledge of my warranty. If not for him I would have paid out of pocket. His professional mi dawt and efforts resulted in a severe maintenance issue being remediated at no cost to me and even got me a loaner for the week. Thank you Jose. I recently went to Maus Nissan in Brooksville, FL. for my 2020 Nissan Maxima with 45000 miles on it. I had the pleasure of working with Tiffany Pendleton. I strongly believe in using OEM parts. I had an issue with a sensor on my vehicle, It’s going to happen the vehicle is 6 years old. Tiffany helped worked miracles to help keep the price workable for me. She was always professional, kept in constant contact with me. I have dealt with Maus on multiple purchases over the years and would do it again.

This place was wonderful. But I have to give a special shout-out to who we worked with, Katelyn was amazing professional, and made sure we knew what was going on throughout our appt. She went above and beyond with our insurance and helping us get things done. We will definitely be back for services here because of her. Everyone we encountered at Maus today was great.
