The area was bright, clean and comfortable. Everyone was pleasant and professional. I commented on the dress code which is black (no ties) which added to a competent atmosphere. Tim was a terrific sales associate to deal with. Had answers to all our questions and moved the transaction along with a rushed feeling. He went out of way to make sure our pricing targets were met.
From the moment we arrived on the lot and started dealing with Tim, I didn’t get that just another salesman BS. Instead he listened to what I wanted and the team at Maus Nissan made it happen. Highly recommend.

Very slow. 2 hrs for oil change and rotation with an appointment. I have a Toyota camry purchased at Maus so with Maus care oil changes for life. Also double check they did window etching with Maus care because mine was not done.

Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns. I had previously brought my Rogue in for service, but ended up getting a new vehicle instead, which I love. The staff never spoke to me in a condescending tone, they were all professional and polite. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

While the staff was friendly, my overall experience was frustrating due to poor communication and unmet expectations. I felt pressured into purchasing a car that I was unable to see in person, as it was located at another dealership. I was assured I would receive photos and a video the same day and that the car would be delivered the next day, certified and in good condition.

From original purchase to picking up my new 2025 Rogue SL, this dealership has performed quite well (above expectations). My first service was a week ago; and it went flawlessly.
Maus overall is an ok dealership. Drove an hour away solely because of low priced advertised vehicle. Sales person unprepared, & wasn’t aware of advertised price, then continually gave wrong answers & set expectations that dealership couldn’t, or didn’t honor. Trade in value was good, but then offset by mandatory add-on package. Didn’t realize until 3days later they never returned our drivers license to us.
